Conference
This seminar is designed to equip and support those who wish to elevate client advocacy through mitigation. Sessions will be led by experienced mitigation practitioners presenting substantial topics including The Power and Importance of Mitigation, Locating Witnesses, Records Collection and Analysis, and others covering key aspects of mitigation practice. See the agenda here.
Mitigation is a powerful but often underutilized method of investigative advocacy that gives clients the best chance at receiving equitable legal outcomes. It offers judges, juries, prosecutors, and other decision-makers a thorough and accurate account of a client’s life. Establishing this method in all aspects of justice work is especially critical when serving clients from marginalized and underserved communities to help ensure equity.
Registration for this training is now closed.
