If we reach 130 donations by December 31, ARC team members have committed to take the polar bear plunge in 2024!
Can you help us reach 130 donations?
More than 90 generous people have donated to our end-of-year campaign. Last year, we met our goal with just under 120 donations, and we think we can reach 130 donations this week. If we do, our staff resolve to take the plunge in 2024.
Director of Operations, Erin Fiaschetti, has been working up the courage to take the Polar Bear Plunge. Co-Director of Mitigation Casework Katherine Ashton and Records Specialist Cate Ladue haven’t thought about it before now, but are good sports. And Director of Development and Communications Jeremy Sierra has been cajoled into joining them, despite the fact that he doesn’t like to swim all that much – even in warm water.
All four of them have committed to take the leap this February if we meet our goal of 130 donations. Your support can give them that extra nudge – right into the Chesapeake!
We’ll be sure to share photos and videos in 2024.
Can you meet the ARC team challenge and help us take the plunge?
