This two-day training, Re-Thinking Justice: Mitigation Impacting the U.S. Legal System, will take place at the DoubleTree Hotel near the Jacksonville Airport (located at 2101 Dixie Clipper Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218). Come engage with experts and other practitioners in sessions designed to help strengthen advocacy for individual clients and advance the field of mitigation investigation. We are honored to have Herman Lindsey, Executive Director of Witness to Innocence, as our keynote speaker. In addition to Mr. Lindsey, the conference will cover topics such as Mitigation and Decision-Makers, Coalition-Building: Exploring How Individual Practitioners Can Work with Others to Push Mitigation Forward, The Path Toward Justice: Lessons from Killing States, and more.
